Maria is the Executive Director for the Hannibal Regional Economic Development Council & the Hannibal Regional Port Authority. Maria oversees and guides the activities of the program to ensure they are aligned with the policies and goals of the Coalition.

 Emily is a Senior Project Manager at Eocene, an environmental consulting firm based in Johnston, Iowa. Eocene was selected by the Port Authority as the Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) to assist with the implementation of the brownfields grant.
